Thank you for shopping with BODIED ATHLETICS! We want to make sure your order arrives safely and on time. Please review our shipping information below.

Order Processing
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) from our fulfillment center in East Point, GA. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly extended. We appreciate your patience!

Domestic Shipping (United States)
We ship to all 50 U.S. states via USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Estimated delivery times after processing:
Standard Shipping – 5–8 business days
Expedited Shipping – 2–3 business days
Overnight Shipping – 1 business day (order must be placed by 12 PM EST)

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
International Shipping
We proudly ship to 200+ countries worldwide! International orders are shipped via USPS International, DHL, or UPS International. Estimated delivery times after processing:

Canada & Mexico – 7–14 business days
Europe & UK – 10–21 business days
Asia, Australia & Pacific – 14–28 business days
All Other Regions – 14–30 business days
Please note that international delivery times may vary due to customs processing, local postal services, and other factors outside our control.
Customs, Duties & Taxes: International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by their country. BODIED ATHLETICS is not responsible for delays caused by customs.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package directly on the carrier's website (USPS.com, UPS.com, or FedEx.com).

Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your confirmation email.

Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package appears lost or hasn't moved in tracking for more than 10 business days (domestic) or 30 business days (international), please contact us at [BodiedAthletics@gmail.com] and we'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

Refund & Return Policy
Please note that we do not offer refunds. Returns, exchanges, and store credit are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
